Wilbur Ads is an AI-powered advertising copywriting and generation platform. We analyze websites and create ad copy optimized for various platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Reddit. We also offer integration with these platforms for direct ad publishing.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Create ads for illegal products, services, or activities
- Generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising content
- Violate any advertising platform's terms of service or policies
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Create ads containing hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission
6. AI-Generated Content
- Ad copy and recommendations are generated by AI and should be reviewed before use
- We do not guarantee the performance or effectiveness of generated ads
- You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with advertising regulations
- Generated content may require editing to meet specific platform requirements
- You retain ownership of the final ad content you create and publish
7. Platform Integrations
When you connect third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.):
- You authorize us to access and manage your ad accounts on your behalf
- You are responsible for any ad spend incurred through connected platforms
- We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms
- You can disconnect platforms at any time through your account settings
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Wilbur Ads and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED ADS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILBUR ADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
