Getting Started
How does Wilbur actually work?
Paste any URL and Wilbur analyzes the page content, identifies your key selling points and unique angles, then generates platform-optimized ad copy for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each ad follows current best practices and character limits for its platform.
What counts as one URL generation?
One URL generation means analyzing one webpage and producing a complete ad suite for all four platforms. If you regenerate (ask Wilbur to try again), that counts toward your regeneration limit. Snack gets 3 attempts, Feast gets 3 per URL with 12 URLs/month, and Farm is unlimited.
Can I use Wilbur for any website?
Wilbur works best with landing pages, product pages, and service pages that have clear value propositions. He can analyze most public URLs, but pages behind logins or paywalls won't work. The more content on your page, the better Wilbur can identify your best angles.
Plans & Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, subscriptions can be canceled anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, and all ads you've generated remain yours forever.
What's the difference between Feast and Farm?
Feast gives you 12 URLs per month with saved history and A/B variations—perfect for solo marketers running regular campaigns. Farm is truly unlimited and adds agency features like AI creative recommendations, custom brand voice settings, API access, and white-label exports for client deliverables.
Do you offer refunds?
The Snack plan is non-refundable since you receive the full ad suite immediately. For subscriptions, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days if Wilbur isn't a good fit.
What if I need more than what Farm offers?
We offer custom enterprise plans for teams with high-volume needs or specific requirements. Reach out via our contact form and we'll put together something that works for you.
The Ads
Are the ads actually good?
Wilbur is trained on thousands of high-performing ads and follows current platform best practices. But don't take our word for it—try the Snack plan on one URL and see for yourself. The ads are designed to be 90% ready-to-run, with room for your brand voice tweaks.
Can I edit the ads Wilbur generates?
Absolutely. Think of Wilbur's output as a strong first draft. Copy any piece to your clipboard and tweak as needed. On Feast and Farm plans, your edits are saved in your history.
What if I don't like what Wilbur writes?
Hit 'Try another' and Wilbur will generate a fresh batch with different angles and hooks. Snack gets 3 attempts per URL, Feast gets 3 per URL (with 12 URLs/month), and Farm gets unlimited regenerations.
Does Wilbur write the same ads for everyone?
Never. Each generation is unique to your URL's content. Wilbur analyzes your specific page, identifies what makes your offering different, and crafts copy around those angles. Two coffee shops will get completely different ads.
Technical
Is there an API?
Yes, Farm plan includes full API access. You can integrate Wilbur into your existing tools and workflows, generate ads programmatically, and build custom solutions for your team or clients.
What about creative/images for the ads?
Wilbur can pull images from your website and recommend which ones work best for each platform. You can also provide your own creative URLs. We're working on AI image generation—coming soon.
How does Wilbur stay current with platform changes?
We continuously update Wilbur's knowledge base with the latest ad specs, character limits, and best practices from each platform. When Facebook changes their primary text limits or TikTok updates their style guidelines, Wilbur adapts.
